How to play

Every board is split into colored regions, and one cookie hides in each. There is one cookie in every row, one in every column and one in every region, and no two cookies touch, not even at the corners.

Tap a square to mark it with an X. Tap the X again to remove it. Double tap a square when you are sure the cookie is there. Three wrong guesses burn the batch, so think first. The Hint button explains the next logical step, and Undo takes back your last move.

Common questions

Do I need Game Center? No. The whole game works without it. Signing in to Game Center (Settings, then Game Center, on your iPhone) turns on the friends leaderboards and the timed races.

Why does a board say "This board isn't open yet"? The leaderboards are waiting on an App Store update. Update Cookiedoku from the App Store when version 1.0.1 appears and they will fill in.

Why do my leaderboards say "Preview Data"? You are not signed in to Game Center, so the game shows sample scores instead of real ones.

Can I move my progress to a new phone? Progress is stored on your device. Leaderboard scores follow your Game Center account.

Does the game have ads or purchases? No ads, and nothing to buy.
